They were all really tasty, but there was little difference between the varieties. Even the tartest was hardly at all.
They are delicious. Have you ever considered using an oatmeal topping?

The rolls are moist and heavy. They are the BEST rolls we ever had! One roll feeds 4 people, so it's great to bring to an event and cut them up in squares. They are DELICIOUS the next day - especially after popping them in the microwave for a few seconds.

Not crisp, not tart, bland flavor and baked to mush in my pies. A waste of money. Pink Lady apples from grocer would have been better and not ruined holiday dessert.
As shared previously, the apples you received were confirmed Haralson apples after reviewing your photos and providing third-party verification via the University of Minnesota through our direct messages. Flavor, texture, and baking results can vary depending on growing conditions, storage, and individual recipes. While we understand your preference may differ, the apples were accurately represented and true to variety. We had no other complaints from the same crop from other customers indicating that there was an issue. It sounds like our orchard may not be the right fit for your expectations, and we wish you the best in finding a product that better suits your needs.
It was good however not my favorite. The bottom was very tough and hard to cut through.
