Hi, I'm Kia. I own Nystrom Orchard near Worthington. Every week, my team and I bake sourdough and make fresh food in small batches. We're a small crew, but we're like family, and we make the same food we'd serve at our own table.

How long does the sourdough keep?

5+ days right in the bag. Or slice it and toss it in the freezer, then pull out a slice anytime to toast or thaw. It tastes just like fresh.
