Gourmet Apple Tasting Indoors - October 21st and 22nd, 2022

Savor the taste of over seven varieties of apples while learning about the history of Nystrom Orchard through story telling. Paired with tasting plates and a glass of Fireside sparkling cider to complement the flavors. Mini plates featuring Honeycrisp salad, Cortland Chutney on smoked pork loin, sweet potato mash, and a Haralson Honey Thyme Baguette are just an example of the menu. Menu is finalized the week of the tasting based on apple varieties available. Conclude the experience with a piece of fresh homemade apple pie A La Mode - a treat of orchard apples piled high with butter topping.

The gourmet experience lasts about an hour and a half. RSVP $40/per person. Limit 26. Although nothing compares to this experience in southwest Minnesota, past participants have consistently given us a solid 5 stars. This event WILL sell out!

If you are wondering how this differs from the tastings out in the orchard, think fine dining, table service, an hour and a half of story telling by the owner and premium ingredients. Our goal is to provide a winery like experience in an apple orchard. Variance in price is due to limited seating and finer ingredients. Social distancing is limited within building and you will be seated next to others, we will do our absolute best to try to accommodate.
